Delivery & Returns

1. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to track your package in real-time directly on the carrier's website. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder.

2. What are the delivery times?


We ship your orders within 1 to 3 business days after validation. Once your package is taken over by our carrier, allow an average of 6 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your country of residence.

3. Do you deliver to my country?

4. Can I return or exchange an item?


We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number.
